| How fast will I get a replacement phone? | Your replacement equipment is shipped out via {Next Day, 2nd Day} Air and usually arrives within 2 business days. |
| What type of replacement phone will I receive? | Your replacement phone will be new or reconditioned and of like kind and quality. Reconditioned phones may have minor cosmetic flaws. |
| What are the claim limits? | You are limited to 3 claims in any 12-month period per wireless subscription. |
| How do I file a claim? | Call eSecuritel's customer care center toll free at 888-232-2266. Claims may be filed 7 days a week from 8am - 11pm EST. You must be the account holder and report the claim within 60 days of the loss, theft or damage. |
