Feature Handset Replacement Protection
What's covered? Loss, theft, malfunction, mechanical/electrical failure, and accidental damage of your wireless equipment. The wireless equipment that is claimed must have a valid IMEI or ESN and be active and  registered in the carrier’s billing system time of the incident or malfunction.
How much will be added to my monthly bill? $5.99 per covered wireless equipment per month.
How fast will I get a replacement phone? Your replacement equipment is shipped out via {Next Day, 2nd Day} Air and usually arrives within 2 business days.
What type of replacement phone will I receive? Your replacement phone will be new or reconditioned and of like kind and quality. Reconditioned phones may have minor cosmetic flaws. If your replacement handset is not working properly, you may be asked to complete and return a Replacement Device Claim Form. Click here for a copy of this form.
What are the claim limits? You are limited to 3 claims in any 12-month period per wireless subscription.
How do I file a claim? Call eSecuritel's customer care center toll free at 888-232-2266. Click here for a complete checklist of items you will need to file a claim.
What is the Deductible? Your deductible will be based on the make and model of the equipment for which you make a claim. Please consult the Deductible Schedule link on the left for device-specific information.
