Feature Handset Replacement Protection
What's covered? Loss, theft, malfunction, mechanical/electrical failure, and accidental damage of your wireless equipment. The wireless equipment that is claimed must have a valid IMEI or ESN and be active and  registered in the carrier’s billing system time of the loss, theft or damage.
How much will be added to my monthly bill? $5.99 per covered wireless equipment per month.
How fast will I get a replacement phone? Your replacement equipment is shipped out via {Next Day, 2nd Day} Air and usually arrives within 2 business days.
What type of replacement phone will I receive? Your replacement phone will be new or reconditioned and of like kind and quality. Reconditioned phones may have minor cosmetic flaws.
What are the claim limits? You are limited to 3 claims in any 12-month period per wireless subscription.
How do I file a claim? Call eSecuritel's customer care center toll free at 888-232-2266. Claims may be filed 7 days a week from 8am - 11pm EST. You must be the account holder and report the claim within 60 days of the loss, theft or damage.
What is the Deductible? Your deductible will be based on the make and model of the equipment for which you make a claim. Please consult the Deductible Schedule below for device-specific information,
