Are you a phone service provider? How do you work with nTelos?
We're an insurance provider, not a phone carrier. Our handset protection program is similar to car insurance. Much like how your car insurer and car manufacturer are separate companies, we too are separate from nTelos.
Can I add another handset to my policy after it is already set up?
Yes, if you purchase another handset and add the program at the point of sale.
How soon after I buy a phone do I have to sign up for insurance coverage?
You can only enroll in the program at the original Point of Sale or upgrade.
